GOLDMARC is dedicated to look after the welfare not only of the Foreign Employer but also of the Filipino contract workers / artist. One of its primary concern is to ensure that the artist is fully trained and professionally oriented with the nature of contract performer to achieve good working relationship with the Foreign Employer.
GOLDMARC, believes in justice and is mandated to abide with all the governing rules and regulations on the deployment of Filipino Contract Workers / Artist. It’s ideals include but is not limited to protecting the legal interest and well-being of its hired workers as well as to respect the mandate of its Foreign Employer.
GOLDMARC is a business with a conscience and duty to the community Philippine Society. The Management aims to contribute and share in elevating the social and economic status of its hired workers / artist as well as upgrading the standards of living of its personnel and staff.
GOLDMARC provide the students the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge, skills and desirable attitudes on actual operations in foreign hotels, restaurants and resorts that observe international standards of service.
GOLDMARC aims to develop and/or enhance the Filipino work values, competencies, discipline, and spirit of hospitality as they relate to a different culture and foreign work environment;
GOLDMARC aims to enhance the global competitiveness of students through their training exposure, and acculturation in a foreign country; and strengthen and update the schools curriculum because of its exposure to the requirements of international standards, its linkages and interaction with foreign training partners.
