The agency was initially issued License No. OS-LB-061604-R. GOLDMARC was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ) on February 14, 1997, S. E. C. Registration NO. A199702782 with an authorized capital stock of Two Million Pesos ( P 2,000,000.00 ).

GOLDMARC INTERNATIONAL CAREER CORPORATION officially holds office in a 3-storey building located at # 2639 Aurora Boulevard, Sta. Cruz, Manila. The ground floor houses the reception and staff offices.  The second floor is utilized as office for the managerial and key personnel, while the third floor is used as executive office and conference room.

The corporation is a closely-knit business with family members and close friends as managers and owners.  The President / Chairman of the Board and concurrently the General Manager owns and manages numerous business establishments ( clubs and restaurants in Olongapo City and Balanga, Bataan ) in addition to being in the construction and trading enterprise.  The other investors/owners of Goldmarc are involved in Paint Manufacturing/Importation and Information Technology businesses. Since 1987, the Vice-President / Chief Financial Officer operates and manages promotions and training to having past working experience overseas ( Middle East and Australia ) and with the U.S. Naval Facilities in Subic Bay has been connected with promotions and training center for almost five years. The rest of the board are either career Professional or pursuing studies in Business Administration.
